Steve Eustis


Steve Eustis has more than 37 years’ experience managing the construction of over $3 Billion of
large complex projects in the corporate, commercial, institutional, and specialties industries. He has
served as a senior executive for large construction companies including Gilbane Building Company
and Skanska USA Building. Most recently he was
a Business Unit Leader for Commodore Builders.
Steve provides strong leadership that focuses on developing high performing teams and successful projects.

He has worked on several significant construction projects including the Miller Brewery in Ohio, the
53 State Street high rise office building in Boston,
the new Providence Airport, the Weil Life Science Complex at Cornell University, the State of Massachusetts Data Center in Springfield, MA, the new Terminal A at Logan Airport, and reconstruction of the Cert designed BU Law School building.

He is a member of several boards including the University of Rhode Island College of Engineering Advisory Council, the Roger Williams University
CM PAB, Youth Build Boston, ACE, Boston Society
of Architects Foundation, and Caritas Communities. He is an adjunct instructor at the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He has presented to the
MIT Real Estate department, Roger Williams University and ABX Boston.

Steve received an engineering degree from the University of Rhode Island and an engineering management degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has a Commonwealth
of Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License.

Steve was co-captain of the URI Track Team his senior year specializing in the hammer and discus.
He continues to be physically active participating
in organized soccer, basketball, and tennis.
