2019 Richard H. Driehaus Foundation National Preservation Award
The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation awarded CV Properties the National Preservation Award to celebrate South Street Landing’s position as one of the best of the best in historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
2017 Outstanding Rehabilitation Award
The Providence Preservation Society presented this award to CV Properties for the sensitive and innovative rehabilitation of South Street Landing.
2016 UMass Boston Chancellor Medal
This award was given to CV Properties for their overwhelming support of the Umass Boston Community. Honored for not only nourishing economic opportunity as a developer of commercial properties but for being a leader in workforce development. 2014 Massachusetts Building Congress H.O.F.

The award highlights professionalism and good practice amongst landlord and tenants. Showing exemplary practices in how landlord conducts his or her business while showing creativity and flair in adding value to the asset and community.
2008 Preservation Achievement Award
CV Properties was able to achieve this award, honoring outstanding achievements in historic preservation and compatible new construction in Boston. The American Brewery Lofts was renovated with the help of Elkus Manfredi Architects to relate positively to the historic fabric of the original American Brewery, while still claiming its own distinct identity within the complex.
