Channel Center is a multi-phased development that includes historic renovation and new ground up construction. The project is located in Boston’s Fort Point Channel neighborhood in the city’s Seaport District.
10 & 20 Channel Center is a 250,000 square foot office building in former Boston Wharf Company warehouse buildings. The buildings were completely renovated in 2008 and 2009 and feature classic brick and beam architecture.
