105 W First, previously Parkside on A, is a 250,000 sf life science project in Boston’s Seaport District. This property is located on the southern edge of Channel Center Park, a 1.7 acre public park also built by CV Properties in 2014. CV Properties acquired the 40,000 sf parcel that became Parkside on A in 2017 and entitled, designed, and permitted the $200+ million life science project over an 18-month period. The development has since been renamed the 105 by Breakthrough and is 100% leased.
