2 Morrissey Boulevard is a nearly 14 -acre property located in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood.  The property and the 425,000 square foot office building are leased to Boston-based Santander Bank, N.A., which has approximately 1,500 on-site employees and is one of Santander’s largest corporate offices in the United States.  CV Properties purchased the property in June 2019 through its affiliate company, Accordia Partners, LLC, alongside our partner, Ares Management.

2 Morrissey has been incorporated as a part of the Dorchester Bay City master plan to assure a comprehensive vision and create a single cohesive and inclusive review process for the community.
