5 Channel Center

Channel Center is a multi-phased development that includes historic renovation and new ground up construction. The project is located in Boston’s Fort Point Channel neighborhood in the city’s Seaport District.

5 Channel Center Street is a 50,000 square foot historic rehabilitation. The LEED Gold lab building was previously leased to Fraunhofer USA, a German-based research nonprofit that uses the building as a living lab. This building was completed in 2013.
