50 Post Office Square

50 Post Office Square is a 21-story, 650,000 square foot, $300 million, Art Deco office building that occupies an entire city block bound by Franklin, High, Congress and Pearl Streets. 50 Post Office Square sits in the center of Boston’s Financial District and fronts the highly acclaimed Post Office Square Park, featuring 1.7 acres of manicured gardens, public artwork, novel playgrounds and an outdoor cafe. It also includes a 1,400 space parking garage under the park. Originally built as the headquarters for New England Telephone, the building is currently leased to Brown Brothers Harriman, Verizon New England Inc., TD Bank, TD Ameritrade and Pret-A-Manger.
