Boynton Gateway is a 350,000 SF life science project located on a complex urban site in Somerville, MA. The building is anticipated to be multi-tenanted and boasts a substantial amenity space on the ninth floor including fitness studio, conference, and lounge space. The building is being designed to LEED Platinum standards. The project is expected to complete construction in the third quarter, 2024.
