GTECH Building

The GTECH Headquarters project was a joint venture of USAA Real Estate Company and CV Properties. The project consists of 210,000 SF of office and retail space, a 250-car parking garage and is located in a prominent site within Waterplace Park. The building serves as the U.S. Headquarters of GTECH Corporation (now IGT), a global provider of management and technology services to the lottery industry. It is also home to a Fidelity Investment Center, a Capital Grille restaurant, and the Koffler Group. The building opened in 2006
