One Channel Center

Channel Center is a multi-phased development that includes historic renovation, new ground up office building construction, community park, and parking garage. The project is located in Boston’s Fort Point Channel neighborhood in the city’s Seaport District.

One Channel Center is a five-acre development and home to State Streets Bank’s state-of-the-art, LEED Silver, 12-story, 500,000 square foot office building and companion 965-stall parking garage. The development also includes over two acres of open-space with an amenity-rich park on A Street, and a passive park on Iron Street and Binford Street.
