The South Street Landing redevelopment included three different aspects to the project; one commercial, one residential, and one parking garage. The first phase to the project was the reconstruction of the 265,000 square foot Dynamo Building consisting of academic and office spaces, located in the Jewelry District of Providence, Rhode Island. This former power plant is now the new home for Brown University administrative offices and the Rhode Island Nursing Education Center – a partnership between the University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College. The project also included a 274-bed graduate student housing development on seven floors and 153,000 square feet. Lastly, to meet the parking demands of the project and surrounding area, the final phase of the project was a 744-stall parking garage with historic photos of the Jewelry District gracing the ground level and architectural metal panels on the façade.

Across the street from South Street Landing is a 1,000,000 square foot master plan site that CV properties permitted and designed in collaboration with Wexford Science and Technology. Phase 1 included a 200,000 square foot Innovation Building and a 175-key hotel, which is currently under construction.
